We operate under transportation license number 35/00004901 and are fully committed to protecting our clients' privacy and ensuring the security and confidentiality of their personal data.

We collect specific types of data to ensure we provide the highest quality booking services and facilitate communication with you. This information includes:
- Information provided voluntarily when booking or registering:
- full name.

- Booking details (pickup location, destination, date and time, and number of passengers).

- Internet Protocol (IP) Address.

- The pages of the site viewed and the time spent on them.

- Payment and financial settlement information:
- Payment transaction details (auth.g., documentation number, amount, date).
- Payment method type (Visa card, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, STC Pay, Tabby, Tamara, or cash). We do not store credit card numbers or their exact details on our servers.

- Preventing fraud, verifying identity, and ensuring the security of financial transactions.
4. Sharing information
We never sell or rent your personal information to any third party. Disclosure or sharing of your information is limited to the following necessary cases:
- With payment service providers: (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, STC Pay, Tabby, Tamara) to complete your financial transactions securely.
- With telecommunications service providers: (Such as text messaging service providers, WhatsApp, and email) to send booking confirmations and One-Time Password (OTP) verification codes.
- Legal compliance: With the relevant security and legal authorities if required by law or in response to an enforceable judicial order.
5. Logging in via third parties
The site allows you to quickly log in via your social media and search engine accounts (Google, Facebook, X).
- Under this procedure, we never receive your passwords on those platforms.
- The authentication process is subject to the provider's privacy policies.
- You can unlink your account in “Afaq Al-Khair” at any time through the privacy and security settings within your account on the external platform used.

- Go to section Account Edit.
- At the bottom of the page, click on the option Delete account permanently.
- A warning message will appear to confirm your decision. Upon confirmation, your account will be automatically deleted, and all associated personal data and booking history will be permanently erased from our databases.
- If you encounter any technical difficulties, you can submit a data deletion request through our technical support channels, and your request will be processed manually within a maximum of 72 working hours.
8. Cookie Policy
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our platform to enhance your experience and provide personalized services. Our uses include the following:
