  • Payment and financial settlement information:
    • Payment transaction details (auth.g., documentation number, amount, date).

  • With payment service providers: (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, STC Pay, Tabby, Tamara) to complete your financial transactions securely.

The site allows you to quickly log in via your social media and search engine accounts (Google, Facebook, X).

  • Under this procedure, we never receive your passwords on those platforms.
  • The authentication process is subject to the provider's privacy policies.
  • You can unlink your account in “Afaq Al-Khair” at any time through the privacy and security settings within your account on the external platform used.

  2. Go to section Account Edit.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click on the option Delete account permanently.
  4. A warning message will appear to confirm your decision. Upon confirmation, your account will be automatically deleted, and all associated personal data and booking history will be permanently erased from our databases.
  5. If you encounter any technical difficulties, you can submit a data deletion request through our technical support channels, and your request will be processed manually within a maximum of 72 working hours.

8. Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our platform to enhance your experience and provide personalized services. Our uses include the following:
