First: Cancellation of the trip by the customer

  • 1- Confirmed reservations can be cancelled or modified without charge (free of charge) 24 hours before the reservation date.

Second: Airport Pick-up Policy (New)

  • Additional fees: When requesting airport pickup only, additional charges may apply and will be added later upon booking confirmation.
  • Umrah visa: Exclusive additional fees are imposed for transporting individuals carrying Umrah visaThis is in line with the regulations for transporting pilgrims.

Third: Refund period

The refund period varies depending on the payment method used as follows:

Fourth: Refund Method
