Refund and Cancellation Policy

First: Cancellation of the trip by the customer

  • The customer can cancel the reservation at any time before the trip date.
  • If the trip is cancelled by the customer, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Second: The refund period

The refund period varies depending on the payment method used as follows:

  • Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay cards:
    The amount will be returned to the account used within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Tabby or Tamara Service:
    The amount will be returned within 1 to 5 working days, depending on the service provider's policy.

Third: Recovery method

  • The refund will be made to the same payment method used during booking.
  • Refunds cannot be made to a bank account or payment method other than the one used for booking.
