First: Cancellation of the trip by the customer
- The customer can cancel the reservation at any time before the trip date.
- If the trip is cancelled by the customer, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Second: The refund period
The refund period varies depending on the payment method used as follows:
- Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay cards:
The amount will be returned to the account used within 1 to 2 business days. - Tabby or Tamara Service:
The amount will be returned within 1 to 5 working days, depending on the service provider's policy.
Third: Recovery method
- The refund will be made to the same payment method used during booking.
- Refunds cannot be made to a bank account or payment method other than the one used for booking.
